Marine Projects Ltd. always was interested in sailing ships and that was expressed very early by the building of the brigantine ‘Swan Fan Makkum’ for a Dutch owner delivered in 1993. From that time in cooperation with our especially created daughter company Conrad S.A. the highest class medium and big sailing and motor yachts for private customers were built.

We have also offered and built a luxury motor yachts styled for old timers such as steam tugboats etc. and a good example of these is for example the 17.5 m long Gentlemen.

The success of this line of our activities can be measured by the recently secured prestigious order for the design and construction of the sail training ship. The 67 m long vessel will be rigged as a three masted barque staffed by a crew of 30 personnel and 80 trainees. The delivery of this vessel is a good pointer for our future activities as builders of sailing vessels.
